I want to know that antaacid like pantocid ,McCain syrup gel can increase uric acid or not whenever I use this tablet my knees joint and leg joint hurts very severe

Hi- Hope you are doing good. I have kidney stones in right side of kidney (Size near by 7 Something). It's keep paining lightly. Can this be cured by medicine?

Have done sonography and the result is slight irregular shape and swelling in gall bladder and she is drinking too much water but not getting as much as urine and having a vomiting sensation due to drinking too much water. Hello doctor I Harsha Vardhan and recently I have tested renal function test and found few abnormals which are BUN 5.25 mg/dl, BUN/Sr. Creatine ratio is 7.4 and sodium was 151 mmol/l and glomerural filtration rate is 154. Kindly advice me to get these normal values without medications. Thank you
