Kidney Problems

Hello doc, I was been detected with kidney stones in Nov 2019 and was under homeopathic medication till June 2020. My medicines were Berberis Vulgaris and Drolgan only in severe pain. Then, on no further issues and covid situation I didn't get the diagnosis done again. I also was down with covid in April 2021. I again got the pains and got the ultrasound done. It shows Renal Calculi in right kidney of 4.2mm and left kidney showed 2mm to 2.5mm multiple stones. Also, the report shows PCOD symptoms. I have attached the report for your reference. Please guide me on this.

I have done USG whole abdomen. Both Kidneys are of normal size shape and position. Cortical echo texture in normal Cortico-medullary differentiation is present. Multiple calculi measuring 4-7 mm are noted in the right kidney. B/L pelvi-caliceal system are not dilated. Both uterus are not dilated. What should I do, should I have to undergo an operation?

For last two days there is constant buring pain in urinary tract. Pain is coming and going depending upon my water intake. There is no fever. Please prescribe medicine. Age 35 Weight- 63

Im seeing bubbles (foamy) in my urine concentration (in toilet bowl) for the past week and having  yellowish urine (slightly more yellow in morning). I often feel  low energy and slight temperature (feverish) during day time. Quick Google search says this a sign of kidney issue which can only be solved with dialysis or kidney transplant. Other search result says it could ve diabetes. But I even had a pre-surgery (pre-operative) checkup in December- urine and blood test  that showed everything is normal (for the record surgery wasn't related to any nephrotic issue or any disease)  How is this possible? Should I consult a nephrologist soon? Ps: I should mention that I've been practising one meal a day (OMAD diet) for the past ten days or so hence

His serum creatinine went to 3.6 last month and now its 2.38. but he's hemoglobin is low. He's bp also remains low and has a serous urine infection. And some times he faces loose motion every 3rd day. Can anyone please advise what should we give him and what should be avoided. What's the best advise? Its been a 2 months since he's suffering form this complication. And didn't notice any such improvement till now?

Hi, from last few days , I am facing stomach pain in right side. But its sometimes only and due to pain my urine change yellowish. Last 1 month back ,I took consultation and prescribe medicine. If u need I can attach a copy of prescription. Kindly suggest.

Age 21 why urine stream splits into 2 and my symptoms are slow urine flow and frequent urination and perinium pain also happens sometimes

I have occasional pus cells/HPF in urine culture test. I would like to know is it normal or cause for concern?

My friend's left kidney is slightly smaller in size than his right kidney since his birth. Will there be any problem for him later in life? I am worried.
