Kidney Problems

I feel like to urinate everytime even after i have just come from peeing . I did urine culture test which showed me UTI and I had taken antibiotic like Niftas too but it didn't helped. What should I do next . I am attaching my test result and doctor prescription too . Please kindly reply this time. My symptom is that I always , like every second feel like to go for urination . I am irritated now . Please help.

I just got a health check done today and found most of them fine...But in kidney function test I found blood urea test value to be 16, normal value is from 17-43, and blood urea nitrogen value is 7.5,normal value being 7.92-20.05...Please suggest what needs to be done for this?

Hello, actually i am suffering from frequent urination and pressure on bladder due to fibroid in uterus there is no any bleeding or period complication with me but only pressure and frequent urination. Only one Kidney now all process depends on this one kidney...now increase biochemistry report (ex.blood urea , creatinine level) Our dr.suggest dialysis .and other option is kidney transplant. Dr.says dialysis is must in week two time. Sir please suggest me which one is better for our patient .
