Kidney Problems

Sir, m suffering from recurring urine infections since last 3 to 4yr , previously its occurs in 3 to 4 months gap but last 6 month it's repeating every month, according to urologist dr.. the ultrasound report is ok, after cystoscopy test he found he found a redline like scratch mark 12 o clock in it, as usual he prescribed medicine niftos100 for 5days as previously I taken but all are in vain ... Please help.. I did 2 times in different places ultrasound n culture(3) results are as much same. (( Suger under control... Medicine taken glycomet gp1)

Sir.. My husband age is 43.recently in health check up we got to know that his critinine level is high..and egrf value is reducing ? Is this is the kidney disease ? Six month back his critinine was ok.. now it's increased..

My father has BPH He was supposed to get operated  with bipolar turp surgery but in surgical profile everthing was normal as he has no blood pressure or diabetes the only problem is his aptt timing which is 49 so please suggest what should be done

For the past few days I have noticed that the smell of my urine has changed.The smell is very strong and its very noticeable which aroused so many questions in my mind.

Hi doctor, I am diabetic with Hba1c as 7.5 before 4 months and currently 6.3, with medicine metformin 250mg post every meal thrice. I got the urine test in March there was albumin traces, then I got abdomen CT scan and abdomen ultrasound, also blood test with RFT, KFT, still I am not getting proper answer, i have consulted doc he said not to worry it will go in few months, my sugar is not that much that it impact kidney, but last month again I got urine routine then also traces where identified with no sugar in urine. I am attaching CT scan and ultrasound not allowing more than 2 report, can someone please suggest. I am worried as I read it is bad and might impact kidney. Sorry, if someone can concretely suggest what can be done to get it sorted. Serum creatinine- .7 Blood urea 26 Serum uric acid -3.1 Pus cell in urine - 3-4 Epithiliyal cell - 3.4

Is minimally distended bladder is needed to treat or it will repair on its own.. will it cause any problems for pregnany. Please ans, thank you

Hello and warm regards to all I am facing, Frequent urination sometimes proper urine sometimes less amount no burn or pain. I visited local physician he ask me to get urinalysis.. I did it from 2 urine in his lab. It shows + protein  ( by sulphosalicylic acid) and 4-5 Hpf leucocytes ( by microscope)  in urine Is it UTI and protein in urine problem?
