Kidney Problems

Sir mere mother ke report me ye likh ke aya hai 1 koi mejor problom to nhi hai...?? Right kidney: 9.8 cm. Left kidney : 9.3 cm. Left kidney is bulky and hypoechoic with increased sinus fat echogenecity and prominent PCS? Pyelonephritis.

My dad is post Covid and had a uro bag put in as his urine was leaking. The urologist advised as a case of neurogenic bladder where it was getting filled like a balloon and then overflowing which caused the leaking of urine. The bag was there for about a month (it was replaced time to time in between) and yesterday we got it removed yesterday around 12 PM to see if the control over urine had come back. Since the removal, my father's bladder has got full and his belly appears swollen. Very less urine has come out with a burning sensation. He has discomfort in his belly. My questions: - Is the burning sensation normal? - Is it advisable to put in the uro bag again to help him relieve his discomfort in the short run? - Can nor urinating result in urine passing back to blood stream or cause infection? - What is the maximum damage this condition can do? Note: His BP is somewhat normal (131/81) but sugar appears to be high (130 Fasting)

My mother she 66yrs old she had creatinine level at 1.0at March 2021 from March I didn't test level of creatinine level but she having sugar level on control morning 100 below and evening 150 below is it increase of creatinine level ? If sugar level up

All of Sudden feeling pain in lower abdomen below navel and on same place back side. But pain gone after one hour. Feeling burning during urination and frequent some times in very little amount. Once again same incident after five hour. Pain come and gone. Pain is very much instance and acute.

Slight discomfort while urination and done cue and ultrasound in cue 5-6 hpf RBC found and 2-4 pus cells rest all are normal and ultrasound is normal no calculi currently using zifi cv 200 antibiotics any suggestions ?

Hello doctor. I wanna know how long does it take for diabetes to cause CKD? A decade? My father ,48, had his fasting sugar 101 in a routine blood test. We also kad KFT done and everything was in range. His Screatinine was 0.85. eGFR was 103. Since then he has started exercise and his sugar is now in 80s range. That marginal increase in sugar won't harm him right? He is leading a healthy lifestyle now.

I am 23 years old  have been through online consultation i tell him about everything that i am facing pain at strt of urination when urine yellow come i feel more pain than watery urine .. As i have no infection in urine, no stone, all reports normal .. i had doubt so i go for psa test that was also normal .. Doctor said u have prostaitis as it will not come in any report .. so Should i take velfu tablet at night which is alpha adrengnic... Help me or tell me test that confirm prostaitis .. this medicine has side effects also so i want to confirm before taking so please help me..

Every night i suffer with pain in day time i dont feel any pain. I had ultrasound and ct scan too. Little swelling in kidney. I took uribid also but pain is still same. This pain is from last 4 years
