In recent ct kub i found Randall Plaque in Lower Calyx left Kidney... What is it meaning??? please guide me..

My husband had lithotripsy procedure for ureter stone 2 day before. He got wet in rain yesterday, from last night he is having cold and  fever which is around 102 degree Celsius . Not having any problem during urination, even some stones are  passing while  urination No bleeding Want to know whether  this fever is due to cold or because of lithotripsy

Hello sir I am suffering from low urine formation since 3 month . In mid of these month when rain start I stated pee normal but again I have feel that low urine output according to intake fluid I drink more than 3-4 liter water but in ratio of water intake urine is low I think very low I have done some test like kft urine and ultrasound all is normal now which test should be done to rule out my problem symptoms is low urien output with pedal edema but my gp is said it's not related to kidney even nephrologist also said but all said to look my report not my symptoms
