I had chronic piles .My whole body has swelled , I feel shortness of breath, constipation and and low urinary flow First I faced very high BP and pain in neck  I was taken to hospital The doctor gave me medications I didn't complete the course and thereafter I faced no urine flow  and not latrine for about 3 days Then I was taken to regional health centre he gave me medications I in urge for quick relief took over dose and now first my legs started swelling and then my whole body I am taking medications but no relief till now All prescription and reports are pinned The prescription with dr name Anupam Majumder is what I am following now The second one which I consulted after my sudden BP rise

Hello doctor I have been feeling a slight burning sensation while passing urine since day before ysterday late night. While it was fine for some part of the day yesterday, there was a slight burning sensation for the other and this was on and off. I spoke to a doctor yesterday morning and he diagnosed it as UTI as I was having slight back and andomen pain back yesterday morning, which has gone now. He asked me to take Q Citra syrup of 5ml three times a day with half cup water and also take urispas if the pain is intolerable. While the pain has not been intolerable, I have not taken the tablet. I wanted to check if I should be taking any other antibiotic to treat UTI or should I let it go away on it's own? I had UTI only once before in mid 2018 and never before that. I am slightly apprehensive about consuming and antibiotic, though the doctor has prescribed Urifur 100mg sr. Please let me know what would be the best way to deal with this. Thanks

My wife has detected kidney stone in her right and left kidney ( very minor stone ) with some infection and PCOD in her sonography report . Doctor has given CITAL syrup , TAME-D , and Taxim-O tablet for this with some precautions . I have attached her sonography report please check , is that major concerning issue?
