Kidney Problems

Microscopic varicocelectomy was done in 2013 but after 8 years there is still recurrence what should be done for recurrence as it shows grade 3 and motility is affected to a greater extent..

Due to Stomach pain he had gone through ultrasound wihout consulting, found the attached, wanted have some advice on this and any online consultancy before it get worse.

Today my mom did ultrasound and reports says that right kidney shows evidence of simple cortical cyst.

I have high  heart beat 120sometimes 130.ecg echo normal.cardiologist prescribed ciplar la20 mg for 6 months.from 3years I have kidney stones on both kidneys before 8 months serum creatine is 0.64.but after 3 months taking ciplar la 20  tablet my serum creatine is 0.82.please tell me betablockers effects on creatine level and kidney function.I hav pain in right and left kidneys sides.while taking beta blockers can i test for kidney function test.it shows accurate values or not

Recently from about 2 weeks I have started noticing a weird common smell in urine, breath and sweat(underarms). I did LFT,CBC,KFT which turned out to be normal. What causing the odour?? Also suffering from digestive issues (bloating, burning and sometimes diarrhoea too). What it could be?? Do i need prompt treatment? I self diagnosed me with H pylori after extensive googling as i have health anxiety too. Please help. Any tests to be done??

Meri mother ko Tuesday se urine me blood aaya h Monday ko G B pant hospital me lever ke pass ball ki FNA test hua tha.

Inorganic phosphorus levels high at 9.30mg/dl whereas all other kidney related tests are normal like creating 1 mg/dl, normal levels of urea, uric acid, sodium, chloride, potassium and slightly high level of calcium with 10.50 mg/dl. All other CBP blood tests and liver functioning tests normal. So only concern is high phosphorus and not sure if it is due to kidney disease. Please advise
