10 mm  Right side Kidney stone
Dear doctor, I have 10 kidney stone which is located at exact near PUJ right side With mild hydronephrosis Before some months I passed 9 mm uretic stone at left side and 6 mm stone from right uretic. Currently i m taking tablet dytor 5 mg tablet dynapar tab alfop syrup alkamax mb 06. So is any chance for this time stone pass naturally or have to do surgery.please guide...also please guide additional medicine if needed for realxe from pain.
