Kidney Problems

Microscopic varicocelectomy was done in 2013 but still after 8 years it shows grade3 varicocele in ultrasound and motility is 20% whereas non motile is 80%.. If we go for resurgery then what are the chances that it won't recur again? And will this motility get improved or not as he has to get married soon.. Please help and genuine advice needed.. Facing this problem but never had a permanent solution 🙏

I have uric acid stones in both kidney ranges 2MM,3MM,4MM, to largest 7 MM multiple caclui total number around 6 stones. I passed one 6.8 MM in past 3 days. I am taking Cystone but not effective any more what should I do? Dose stones dissolve completely which under 5MM is that true ?

Hi Doctor, I am sharing two of my reports concerning some major infections that I have only heard of and not sure if I am positive for it or it's a antibody positive.plz have a look and throw some light if I have these infections !!! My father in law is a patient of Renal cell carcinoma since October 2018. He underwent left radical nephrectomy in the same year. Now he is undergoing immunotherapy with Votrient 400 mg for a pulmonary metastatic nodule. Recently we did his urine routine report as per doctor's advice and notice some abnormalities. Like Bacteria (+), Protein(2+), Granular and Hyaline cast present. Is it worrisome?

I am 7th month pregnent, and i suffered shooting pain last night , which after diagnosis was 8mm. i was given pain reliever injection and iv rush that time, and was relieved from pain next day. stone is still there 8mm. what is the possibility of no pain now. can it come back again?
