Kidney Problems

Raised urine frequency. poor urine outflow (11ml/s) perineal(saddle pain ) . All this since 11 months urine routine- normal urine culture - E coli took cipro and iv mero for that and after antibiotics culture was sterile. usg- altered echotexture of prostate. (PVR 35ML) Cystoscopy- sphincter spasm, swelled prostate, trabeculated bladder. urodynamics. borderline high bladder pressure, bladder outlet obstruction. tried all salts of alpha blockers tried mirabegron, darifenacin , solifenacin , tolterodine but no relief. tried baclofen for spasm but no relief in flow I am a  mbbs graduate please guide me with this.

My father had gone through angio and got a stent in may. Then water filled in his lungs caused breathing problem. Now he has acute dry cough. Attached are last consultation from nephro. Please tell what to do to treat cough?

On May 28th, he had a heart attack and went through Angioplasty. Later on water filled in his lungs in July . He got admitted for 5 days and was absolutely fine when discharged. After a week from discharged, he had breathing problem . After Xray got to know water filled in again hence increased the dose of Lasix and became normal. However since then he has acute cough. Initially , we could hear the cough. But since yesterday it's dry cough . And he is coughing Continuous. We gave him Multani Kuka after he got relieved a lill bit but after 3-4 hours again started . Now when he lie on bed, he coughs more . CT scan had been done but reports are still awaited. What should be done ?

From the past few days when I am peeing I am feeling a stinging sensation in my uthera, I am visiting bathroom more often and it's becoming extremely uncomfortable to sit outside bathroom, is there any way to atleast suppress this uncomfortable visits to bathroom for two days (I tried drinking excess water as well but no use)

My mother is 65 years old.. Her USG says "Bilateral mildly raised renal cortical echoes seen".. EGFR is 76 ml/min/1.7 m2 and creatinine is 0.93 mg/dl.. Her Urine test said Protein 13 mg/l .. Does my mother has Cronic Kidney Disease?? If yes, which stage?

I am diagnosed with two 5 mm stone in ureter.It is possible to treat with medication or I need surgery? Any suggestions will be very much helpful.

My 65 year old mother has CKD.. Her EGFR came 76 ml/min and creatinine came 0.93 mg/dl.. She also has osteoporosis.. Doctor prescribed Zoledronic Acid Infusion.. Can she take it? Will it damage her kidneys further? Please reply

Puss cell 20-24 in urine report.Both kidneys show few tiny calculi,largest 3mm on right side and 2mm on left side.No hydronephrosis seen on either side.

I haven't been able to pee in 3 days When i try to pee i feel pressure around my lower abdomen I haven't been getting much sleep recently What to do ? Am I dead ?
