Flank pain due to hydronephrosis
Hi, Found to be having 2MM calculi in right kidney from abdomen and pelvic ultra sound scan , visited doctor and completed the medisin course for the suggested period (10days veltom 0.4 and voveran SR 75 MG) After completing the suggested tablet course undergone Ultrasound scan for KUB and CT KUB, no evidence of calculi found but mild hydronephrosis on kidneys due to over distended blader, doctor suggested to continue to take the tablets for 10 more days ( hydride-25 mg,voveran SR 75 MG and veltam 0.4 once in a day) . I have completed all the suggested scans and tablets but still pain persist in flank area and in right side back. Attaching the detailed scan reports ,CT scan + Abdomen & pelvic ultrasound scan Please suggest, how to get rid of the pain.

No stone seen in NCCT KUB. Rest will be decided only after one to one consultation. Can do Urine r/m and culture as well.
