UTI treatment
I have a light burning sensation while urinating which goes away after drinking a lot of water. This has been happening for the last 3 days. No other symptoms expect for occasional burning sensation. Faced this issue more than a year back too and I took Niftran 100mg. Can I start a course of the same antibiotic again?

I suggest to get to know the causative factor for UTI, so that it wont recur. Right now you can give sample for urine culture and sensitivity test followed by antibiotics which you took previously, which may be changed according to you culture report
Next Steps
Visit urologist to find the root cause for your 2nd episode of UTI, so that it wont recur
Health Tips
self medication may not work at times unless if the infective agent is sensitive to the medicine
