Ultrasound report analysis

Asked for Female, 76 Years

Echogenic lesion measuring approximately 30 x 14 mm in size seen in the right postero-lateral wall of urinary bladder. Patient is 76 years old. Is a surgery needed/advisable considering the age? Is it treatable with medication? I have attached the ultrasound report. Please refer to it and provide your suggestions. Thanks 🙏
