Echogenic lesion in Kidney USG
I am 60. Admitted to a nursing home with urinary tract infection and now recovering from the same. My kidney ultrasound read - 6.6 mm echogenic lesion. My discharge paper shows I have renal calculi but no mention of the lesion and what it means. Please interpret. Please help.
