Drink plenty of water and butter milk. Avoid red meat and non vegetarian food for few weeks. Maintain good personal hygiene and be sanitise well before using public toilets.

if the infection is not coming down post medicine cation .Repeat urine culture test with first urine sample in the morning soon after u rise. collect urine midstream. post this please consult a Nephrologist.
