Your USG shows small stones (3mm) which are easily passed out with excessive water intake & smooth muscle relaxants of ureter ( tube which connect kidney to urinary bladder). Tab Tamsulosin 0.4 mg daily once helps to widen ureter. Avoid milk & milk products, non-veg diet. Moderate exercise like jogging will help to expel stones. Pain killers only if you have pain, which is likely while stones are being passed out. You need to go through metabolic work-up to find out why several stones are being formed. That will tell us the root cause & can give more specific dietary precautions.
