Kidney Problems

Diagnosed kidney stone in both kidney 13 mm n 11 mm. Any medical remedy other than operation . Please advice

I have been doing dilatation from past 5 years. Recently i stopped it and i got ecoli infection in bladder and inflamation. I was in antibiotics and felt right and when i again started dilatation i felt same little pain and inflamation of bladder. What should i do?

I have kidney stone of 11 mm in right kidney and many doctors suggest me that I need to do operation so is there any other option without operation

Namaste Doctor, I have been noticing mild to moderate foams in my urine since last few weeks while urinating in commode. Today, i did my urine test, FBS, and KFT. My father, 70 years has problem with urination and was prescribed silodol 4mg once and NU BPH twice a day , for how long these can be continued in terms of being safe?
