Sir Urine reaction is 7.5 in urine routine Rest everything are in normal range .. Is this a problem what to do.

How many times pesa can be perfom . I want to know hpw many timez it can be perfprm. Are there any complication.

Used to see less pressure while urination. What could be the cause and effects? How to treat, if a serious issue?

There is red swelling under my scortum, looks like a big pimple. It causes pain while walking and rubbing between two legs.

I m male 34 years having urinate issue's like urinary urgency, frequent urination and sometime burning sensation in perineum area since July 2021. Recently I hv done urine routine which report normal except 0-1 RBC and normal range is 0-2. Usg report cyst of 12 mm seen in lower pole of right kidney rest all normal. PSA total 0.67 , free psa 0.29 ng/ml. Please advise.
