White discharge comes from penis anytime which is in texture like curd and seems to be stored and comes out slowly by itching

Having all these issues on and off for the past 3 months First started with ache like pain in left labia for few seconds no pain when touch or any movement it’s just random like pinching or pulling the 15 days after that burning after peeing started but has gotten better now it not every time but happen occasionally now Then I was peeing a lot for 2 week but suddenly had urinary retention and had to push to pee which lasted 2 months but now I am peeing better than before but still there are symptoms My gynec gave me antibiotics like around when the I started burning and urinary issue but nothing changed and took urine rm which was normal I also have diabetes and ankylosing Urine culture: Aerobic Culture Sensitivity Test Final-Urine Specimen : Urine Gross Examination :30 ml. I'm feeling sensation in my clitoris from yesterday.. it's continuous.. and due to sensations feeling the urge to pee ..idk how to explain but I'm feeling something which is definitely not a feeling of orgasm ..like whenever we touch our clitoris we feel something.. but this time it's lil different with very very less pain + continuous sensation... soo uncomfortable.. please advice me should I wait for some more days or consult a doctor

Right side prostate gland slightly swells up for a very brief time, no pain. Medicine to care of any problem or pain.

Around one year ago I got an injury in inguinal area spermatic cord. After that the whole spermatic cord throughout waist swollen and very much paining. I did USG but nothing significantly show there . But it's swollen hurt to touch . Paining very much slightly pressure put on it .  pant wear, driving or bike riding it's paining. After masterbation or night fall it's paining very much. 4 months ago in colour Doppler ultrasound it's shows varicocele 1 but while injury happened nothing shows there . I am very depressed how it will.cure it's paining very much. Please help.me.doctor. also I did CT scan but nothing shows there .

“Hello Doctor, I have seronegative arthritis and I am currently on Medrol 2 mg, HCQS, Cerebrex, and Fusion. I met my doctor 2 days back but now I am having swelling in the lower right side of my back, frequent urination, and constipation.
