Kidney Problems

For the past 8 years, I have been suffering from **Erectile Dysfunction (ED)** and **Premature Ejaculation (PE)**. Additionally, I experience **sharp pain in my perineum (the area between my scrotum and anus)**, particularly when I cough. This pain may be related to a **childhood injury**: when I was young, I was hit forcefully in that area during a fight with a classmate. I have consulted both a **Sexologist** and a **Psychologist**, but unfortunately, my symptoms (ED, PE, and the pain) persist unresolved. I am very concerned about these ongoing issues. Could you please help me understand:

I had kidney stone removal process 2 weeks ago and Dr removed stent after 14 days. I have observed that I'm not able ejaculate after kidney stone removal surgery. Is this normal and how much time it will take to get things normal.

I have not given birth to a baby till date.I have been facing urine incontinence since childhood only. Also, I have constipation since birth. Over the years it has improved. Hello, I am having pain at penis tip and foreskin when I touch .. not very severe but maild pain .. some time it's like dragged pain..it's been 2 weeks now...done CUE reports are good...used some antibiotics now pain got reduced but still having pls advice me on this ..

I had PPP as long as I remember. I don't know how I got these but from the past few days these dots have become white and very bumpy and these are very irritating. Is there anything I should be concerned about? And I don't know if these are relevant or not I am taking some vitamin supplements like - Shelcal, bikasule and supradin.
