Kidney Problems

Hii doctor...my friend has been diagnosed with fatty liver and thyroid problem 1 yr ago he is now in grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver...but few days ago he had fever and cold cough so he drank hot water everyday but now he has been diagnosed with some fluid in liver ... doctor has removed it ... But I want to know that will there any problem in future for this pls explain the situation

Three weeks ago I got this stinging pain in my penis which felt from inside, the pain was not frequent but it does come again. The pain later felt in the right - lower stomach abdomen scrotum and leg, which also sometimes moved to the left. I went to a urologist and he asked me to do a USG kub pvr and urine routine. The report shows a kidney stone 5.6 mm in right mid pole and I had one USG report from March which shows 6.4 mm kidney stone in right mid pole the USG doc told me the pain is not due to kidney stone as it is in the same place from March. Urine report bacteria on the borderline but all normal. The urologist gave me the Themibact 500 and the potrate mb6 course which was completed 2 weeks ago and the doctor told me nothing. I asked him why I was feeling the pain but he didn't reply. Yesterday I felt like a pins and needle sensation inside my penis and scrotum or testicular pain which went away after some time and I feel a mild sensation down there.

My brother is having a kidney stone from almost a year ago, the stone size in 4MM to 5MM both side, he doesn't feel any kind of pain or irritation as well as don't have any problem in passing urine, but he has a problem from last eight months of frequent urination if he drinks, 1 L water, then need to urinate at least 3 to 4 time

I am looking for a diagnostic centre in Noida/Delhi which provides Penile Doppler Ultrasound with Sildenafil (oral). I don't want to go with Papaverine (injection).

I have swelling on my right side back and front side pain in lungs and liver. Occasionally i drink alcohol. Now last one week i have suffering this pain.
