Kidney Problems

I've recently noticed a small white bump on right side of my scrotum. It is of white colour. It isn't itchy or painful but when I touch it I feel pain. Same thing had grown a month ago but it settled down after some time. But this thing is getting annoying. Its from last 10 days. No change in size. No redness or itching. What is it? What's the treatment? Someone please guide. Attached the photo of the same.

I am having these symptoms since last 2 days Itching, pain while passing urine, pain on my lower abdomen, and a little cough with stomach ache and back pain. Going for urine multiple times. Want to know is this UTI, if yes what Medicine should I take pls tell.

We had sex on alternate days starting from around November 10th because we are trying to conceive. I have white scars/pale skin/dry skin with bruises appearing under my foreskin quite often. It happens, worsens, goes after a few weeks and then reappears. More occasionally during the winters - I have a dry skin issue in general. I can share photographs but am reluctant to consult anyone physically.
