Kidney Problems

I have stone in my right kidney of size 3.5 mm and 8 am having unbearable pain since last two weaks. I am consulted Doctor but they have advised for pain killer, injection and have denied for operation as the size of stone is small. He have asked for certain blood test and following is the result WBC: 10600 (4000-9000) Neutrophils: 71.3 (50-65) Monocyte: 02.2 (3-8) H.C.T 47.4 (38-48) R.D.W. 15.1 (11.5-15.0) MCHC (Mean Corpuscular Hb. Concentration): 30.3 (33-60) Uric Acid: 8.0 (1.5-6) HBsAg (Hepatitis "B" Surface Antigen: Negative Kindly help me to get rid of pain as it is having a huge impact on my professional career. Is the pain is due to Kidney stone or anything else???? Should I go for operation if not prescribe me certain medication or precautions if any???? Advice me a good nephrologist in Kolkata who can help me out??? Is there any prescribed diet if so plz let me know Kindly help me urgently I will be very grateful to you

I have multiple kidney stone and the largest 4.9 mm size I want to know the best procedure and what should be the diet.

In December last year , my ultrasound was done for the whole abdominal because I had severe pain that time. There were two stones that were detected , one was stuck in the ureter and the other one was in the right kidney with size 5mm . Now a week ago again the ultrasound was done , and the stone which was there in the was not visible in the ultrasound clearly but it is still there in the body and the stone which is there in the kidney has increased in size to 9mm . So what in your opinion is best to do with this problem ? Thankyou.

Actually in urinalysis test protein is detected (trace) what is the causes of protein detected in urin? And what is the effect of protein decten in urin? And how can we able to removed this ? Please help me out of this i am really scared for my father give me proper advice.

Serum creatine increased from 1.6 to 2.2, taking food without salt it is reduced to 1.7. What medicines to be taken for reducing creatine upto 1.3. I am also diabetic patient. HbA1C is 8.2. Hi doc.my brother has few cyst in kidney diagnosed by a doc few years back. My dad had polycystic kidney disease. So its said that its inherited. I think he is in initial stage right now. Please suggest how to control it and what treatments and tests we shallow for it?

Right kidney is low in position and it shows hydronephrotic change with gross dilatation of renal pelvis -it appear to be due to pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction

I'm diabetics for past 7 yrs. Twice done surgery and once shots to re move the stone. 2 months back it was paining and took scanning. 7mm stone found. Under medicine only but, now it's paining very badly, not able to pass urine, may be got stuck at the end, can feel it, not able to sleep or sit. Very hard to explain the condition. Pl help me.

Mere brain Tak blood smooth flow Nahi hota. There may be blockage, Mere doc ne mujhe colotral pe goli di hai mujhe mera colostol level check karna hai . which test to be done kindly advice.
