My creatinine is 0.8mg/dl My urea is 21mg/dl Can u say my bun/creatinine Ratio and say me its effects

My friend age 58 has a stone of approx size 10 mm in kidney. Wether he should go for surgery or some other tretments can cure it?

I've had a history of Renal stones in the form that I was operated upon (PCNL surgery) in 2014 for a renal stone of size 18 mm in the right kidney. Since then, I've had no problems whatsoever. I am a seafarer and this small 3.5 mm stone was recently discovered in my left side which is hindering me to join a ship further. Allopathy as such doesn't have any medicines to "break the stone" and help it pass in the urine and the only solution am aware of is Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy which is non-invasive.
