I have diabetes, creatinine 1.4 , urine creatinine 15 (normal as below 30), no proteins found, Hba1c 7.9 , Lifespan clinic has recommended to consult kidney specialist as my creatinine is not related to diabetes. Age 52

I m suffering from 13mm multiple calculi kidney stone since 3 years in left side. Is it possible to melt it without surgery?

Hi doctor , I have pain in kidney located in right upper quadrant . I feel pain when I laugh , run n take a deep breath . I have consulted a general physician n he said I have stone either in my kidney or in uretus . but I dont feel pain in my urine . so pls suggest whether it is really a kidney stone or something else

Diagnosed with well distended and tiny echo genic foci of Size 2.5mm in lumen of gall bladder and two to three tiny echo genic foci in bilateral kidney (largest of size 2.7 mm in right pc system and 3 mm in left pc system)

She has one kidney in her body and that has been also damaged 70% n her cretinin is increased now that's 8 in numbers. What we should do for her. We don't know where we go n hw we can take best treatment. Her one kidney n utress operation made in January 2015. On that time she had 2 kidneys in her body. Please suggest me a good suggestion. Dear Dr., My aunt is admitted to hospital for 36 days now. Her urine output is 180 ml over a period of 10 hrs today. Blood pressure is 110/70. She was admitted with brain stork. She was given Mannitol in first 4 days and she recovered well. She then could recognise persons and even was speaking. But kidney condition deteriorated and Mannitol was taken off from 5th day. Almost Immediately her speech stopped and she went to a state of drowsiness. Till then she was treated for Urine infection twice. Dr. now using diuretic in .1 lvl and medicines to increase blood pressure. She now has no self control and all figures given above are due to medicine support. What best we can do now to save her life?
