I have urinary track infection. Test result have mentioned that gram stain has many pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and few gram negative bacilli were seen. Isolate - 1 with e.coli , colony count > 100000/ml. Pls help how to treat.

I am facing painful urination from last 2 years. I also have kidney stones.I have also taken ayurbedic as well as allopathic medicine but not getting any relief. Some times I face night fall also and after that burning in urination increases.

Hi Sir, I am feeling little discomfort in lower abdomen area. Last night I masturbated and tried to go for toilet. As it was not coming that easily, I tried to squeeze little hard to make sure my bladder was empty. Now toilet is coming good. I don't know if I can squeeze like that or not. I had alcohol also last night, in case if u should know. Please suggest me.

I have kidney stone about 7mm so should I go for laser operation or continue with medicine and wait for drop.
