Hi doctor, I wanna ask you that my have kidneys of different sizes. Although this is not creating any problem right now. But should I be worried about this or this is just a normal case? Should my get some medical treatment for this or it is not curable.kindly reply me as soon as possible I m worried a lot about this. My mother had an attack of AF which resulted in ARF 5 days back. Since then the urine output is extremely low and she had gone through 4 dialysis. Her BP was low but now is normal, though AF seems to be persistent. What are the chances of her kidneys reverting back ? She never had any renal issues in the past. Also please suggest any further line of treatment.
