High BP & serum creatinine
Hi,I'm 22 years old i have single kidney from birth and recently recorded high BP and serum creatinine.bp is 160/95 and serum creatinine is 1.9 then after 5 days serum creatinine has increased to 2.24 then doctor recommended BP tablet and to go through biopsy. After two days I have gone through biopsy on the day of biopsy serum creatinine was 2.34 and eGFR was 40.8. after 6 days when I went to collect biopsy report doctor asked to redo serum creatinine and serum potassium, creatinine was 2.42 & potassium 3.8. Then doctor recommended to take two defocord 30 mg tablets and some calcium and BP tablets and then after a week asked to come once again to further diagnosis my problem... My doubt is will this serum creatinine be decreased to normal?? Will I become a normal person? And why I haven't noticed this high BP and creatinine as any symptoms?
