Kidney Problems

My uncle is a diabetic patient from past 19-20 years. And he is having type-2 diabetes. From last one year he is getting weak day by day nd in decemeber he had a biospi of kidney because his legs nd feets used to swell up a lot nd doctor said that it is because of the swelling in kidney. Then we came to knw that this is happening bcoz of diabetes nd since then he is on medication. Nd now his cretanine has reached at 6.50. Nd doctor has declared that he needs a kidney transplant bcoz both the kidneys hav got 90% damage. So there is any other way to recover instead of transplantation of kidneys?

I have been a regular smokey for nearly 2.5 years.I need to cleanup my lungs but do not know the procedures or which doctors to go.I am also wary of fake detox products.So i need a proper knowledge on the procedures or medication to be taken.

Creatnine is 7 but there are no symptoms can it be cured by tablet. So wat action to be taken to make this less

My father is having 1gram% of protien to creatinine ratio.Is it a serious problem?what step should be taken now?his prptien for urine is 200 mg|DL and creatinine for urine is 190mg|DL .Is it serious kidney problem?
