Kidney Problems

Dear Dr., My aunt is admitted to hospital for 36 days now. Her urine output is 180 ml over a period of 10 hrs today. Blood pressure is 110/70. She was admitted with brain stork. She was given Mannitol in first 4 days and she recovered well. She then could recognise persons and even was speaking. But kidney condition deteriorated and Mannitol was taken off from 5th day. Almost Immediately her speech stopped and she went to a state of drowsiness. Till then she was treated for Urine infection twice. Dr. now using diuretic in .1 lvl and medicines to increase blood pressure. She now has no self control and all figures given above are due to medicine support. What best we can do now to save her life?

I've had a history of Renal stones in the form that I was operated upon (PCNL surgery) in 2014 for a renal stone of size 18 mm in the right kidney. Since then, I've had no problems whatsoever. I am a seafarer and this small 3.5 mm stone was recently discovered in my left side which is hindering me to join a ship further.
