I have proteinuria.i have no idea how i got this may be because of the UTI i had.My Protein in urine was gradually going down but this month it didn't. my protein in urine is 1.6 gr in 24 hrs.So they are planning to do a biopsy. What are the possible problems/disease i will be having...?DO i have to worry about this?

Hello....... Nephrotic-range proteinuria is the loss of 3 grams or more per day of protein into the urine..renal biopsy can identify what is interfering with your normal kidney function. Before biopsy doctor will do other tests like CT, ultrasound.. DD -Infection,poor blood flow through the kidney,systemic lupus erythematosus and many other are there.. If
