My aunt was diagnosed with CKD.How to reduce Creatinine level? If her creatinine,sodium levels are brought back to normal, can she lead a normal life(eating without any restrictions)?.

Unfortunately there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to chronic kidney disease. There is also no one medicine that can reduce creatinine levels in the blood. What she needs is a comprehensive management which includes sugar control, BP control, diet advice, vaccinations,etc. She will need to see a nephrologist to start the above course of action.
