Kidney Problems

I'm 23 years old man and last week I did sonar to check on my kidneys because I have urine difficulties. I discovered that I have four kidney stones and largest one is about 9.8 mm. Actually, I expected kidney stones because it's common in my country. The thing is; I did not expect prostate enlargement which was the reason I'm having this problem.

Now about 2- 3 days swelling of leg started. I checked kidney but it is okay in the test. So what i need to do.

I have been suffering from high blood pressure and swelling of leg for 2 months. Then i consuIt a doctor and take medicine. All is well but now about 2-3 days swelling of leg started. I checked kidney but it is okay in the test. So what i need to do.

Burning in UT , frequent urination and the infection is there from last 15 days.I tried neeri syrup twice but the infection is still there.

The first problem I experienced was cloudy or dark, even bloody urine. Also, I experienced a burning sensation at the end of urination. I've been making more frequent trips to the bathroom. I had sharp throbbing pains on my left side a two days ago, and after it subsided the pain moved to my right side.

Out of all tests done for medical fitness of a girl of 21yr old, Urine colour is found yellow, sediment absent, reaction acidic and Albumin present is ++. Pus cell 4-8, epithelial cell 2-4. Where as CBC is of normal, LFT is normal, sugar normal, urea and creatanin normal.. So plz tell me what's about the problem regarding Urine
