Kidney Problems

I am a 36 year old lady suffering from DM for the last 8 years.Took a blood test in feb 2017.No glucose,protein,ketones,blood, bilirubin,nitrite was detected.Urobilinogen readings were normal. But my BUN and Cretinine serum low at 7 & 0.41.Liver profile is normal with Total Bilirubin 0.34,SGPT 15 & SGOT 16.But HBA1C 10.5. My urine smells is yellow

Hello doctor what should be the protein total-spot urine level after 3 yrs of kidney transplant??.Mine is 26.Is it ok or dangerous???

I have no pain or any urinal issues. Just found 2 stones in ultra sound report. In 2002 I had 2 stones which got passed off with urine after the stone was made small with medicines. I sweat too much for body to leave any water to reach kidneys so I urinate yellow and very less. This is my personal observation. I urinate heavily in winter and in AC.

I have pain in right side of lower stomach and blood comes in urine from 3 days I had stone 10 yrs back.

Sonogram shows right renal medullary cyst and right renal calculus, urine test reports show albumin traces present, something to worry?

I am suffering from kidney problem, shape of both kidneys is enlarged, creatinine was 9.90 Now it is in the range of 6-8 I am not able to face dylisic, what to do? Is there any proper medication in homeopathy?
