Kidney Problems

While passing urine since morning today I'm having a pricking sensation. Even if I'm sitting also I feel the same.

My Bilirubin total = 1.82 My Bilirubin Direct = 0.27 My Bilirubin Indirect = 1.55 GGT = 74, SGOT=30, SGPT=31 Serum Globulin = 3.7 Serum ALB/Globulin ratio = 1.19 Is everything OK. My gall bladder is removed 5 years ago

2 month back i have diagno that i have calculus in mid left ureter of 14 MM and in gallblader of 5 mm,the i have taken some medicine to desolve them and again i have done ultrasound and found that now i have a 10mm calculus in lower left ureter and a mobile calculus in gallblader of 5mm.please suggest.Is this possible to discharge this stone witho
