Pain on the left side below the rib when I press . When I am sleeping n turn pain is felt as well...

I am a renal transplant patient. After DEXA it has benn found that my bone mineral is very week. Doctor suggest me to take calcirol. Can I take calcirol 60000 with warm milk after dinner?
