Small stones in kidney may remain silent ly in kidney for years together or may come down in ureter and may cause severe pain and obstruction and infection.
Dietary modifications along with mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water helps along with weak diuretic . plenty of fluids intake is also important at regular intervals
