I saw a red worm in my urine twice in a weak I want to know the reason y it came like that is there any infection

Hi my friend has been showing constant symptoms of uti and its been 4 days now. She has been taking some antibiotics as well(norflox-400) but it doesnt seem to end. Our concern is that the medicine is just suppressing the problem rather than addressing it. Please suggest what should we do?

I am a 50 year old female, I have been having urinary track infection frequently, with pain and burning when I pass urine, I had urine culture done, results showed e coli bacteria, took antibiotics for one week , but the pain & burning hasn't reduced.

I went for a random full body test and the reports show that SGPT LEVEL HAS INCREASED TO  152 and Cholesterol TOTAL HAS INCREASED TO 215. So please suggest what to do next. I have attached the report along with this. Please have a look.
