Varicocele bilateral right 4.5mm and left 4.95 mm pain in lower abdomen and also itching and stress in both testies during sitting ,standing ,walking but relief after ice cube pack placed on scrotum for some time

So I've had two kidney stones in my right kidney for a little over a year. They don't cause me pain and they're about 2.5 mm in size. Will these cause me future health problems since they've been in there so long?
