Grade 2 Prostomegaly repeated.
My father had a surgery for grade-II 4.5 months back.Recently he had urinary infection with E.Choli >100000.
Upon scanning the result showed Grade II Prostomegaly with 35cc prostate with 8mm Intravesical protrusion.
Is it common to happen after surgery ?Will we require another surgery to treat this ?

Please can you suggest if he needs to be hospitalised?
Could it be Jaundice/Hepatitis?
What diet should I follow for him?
