I have 3.7 mm calculus in mid pole. Please suggest how to remove these stones . And also have 12.3 mm and 5.9 mm stones at ureteric junction from 4 cm distance of pelvi

My BP level is high (150+) and currently taking medicine.I feel weakness and some micro fibromes in body.No other symptoms.

I have this since around 5 months. I have been to an internist because I worried it might be an appendix problem. Got scanned with ultrasound and the doc said he can see nothing besides some minor sand in my kidney. I have kidney stone of 7.4mm size and slight swelling in right kidney. I have a slight pain in urine but no stomach pain. Can this be cured with medicine or do i need to go for surgery? Kindly advise.
