I have stone in ureter but it passes out ... but my stomach ache till now ... and urine infection also ... after urinating sudden flow of urine and pain in body ... what can i do plz suggest me some home remedy ...

I have UTI and i went through various tests... its observed that i have an ovarian cyst and is of size 42*40 mm.....Does ovarian cyst of size 42 mm * 40 mm requires surgery?? Kindly suggest.. looking for second opinion. Thank you in advance!
