Kidney Problems

I have been in pain from last 5 days .Sir i do USG before 2 months and the USG was Clear ..sir before 5 years i had stones in both the kidneys and sir after taking nedication that was removed ...now sir wht i will do i even can sleep i hve so much of pain in the right kidney

In feb 2016 my father reported ecolie in urine test.after dignosis it was found that due to urthera stricture proper flow of urine is not there and docter Ajay kumar suggested urtheratomy for the problem. my father had undergone urtheratomy. but In last year he had increase in wbc count, high fever and irritation In urination. The flow has reduced.

I do US abdomen & pelvis ..From that i get impression-Sludge in urinary bladder-to rule out UTI.Is this problematic??

I was recently treated for UTI but still feels minor itching in bladder when urine is full. The itching increases in evening and completely goes away in morning. Also it doesn't happen all the time. Only sometimes. Got urine culture done but no organism found.
