Depends whether you have pain or any other symptoms. If it was found incidentally on USG scan, you can take medicines and wait. 5mm stones may pass off in urine. Take adequate fluids. It will not only help to pass off these stones, it will also prevent stone formation. Avoid too much of chocolate, dates and nuts.
