Kidney Problems

I was having high bp due to which my kidneys got affected and my cretanine was 1.39 and i was taking bp medicines as per my cardiologist then after 15 days my cretanine level was 1.61 my doc said it is because my bp was not nrmal yet but now my bp is normal and today my test report says my cretanine level is 1.63 is it ok ?? Or i need some kidney medication as nephrologist earlier you dont need any kidney treatment just control your bp Note : my usg said medical renal disease

As Salam iliakum Sir I'm.ikram.shaikh i am facing problem in urnine I am unable to get my bladder empty and it takes 2 to 3 min to empty my bladder and it takes several flow to do so And even after that I get drops dripping I don't feel any pain or any burning sensation Just it takes very long to empty my baldder and Also after that drops comes out I need your help in curing this Regards Ikram shaikh

Sir, my latest Creatinine is 1.2 as compared to lab reference level of 0.7-1.2, Uric acid is 5.7 as compared to lab reference level of 3.4-7.0,Urea is 13 as compared to lab reference level of 16.6-48.5, Plasma glucose (random) is 89 as compared to lab reference level of <140. Presently I m not getting any problems.. Please inform me whether this report is fine or I need to do something? Thanks..
