Dr said she’s kidneys are at 3,
Can anyone explain this situation in details?

Hi sir I am suffering from frequent urination. when I drink 2 glass of water then in 2 hours I go for pee 4 times. Fatty infiltration of liver grade 2
I have recently been diagnosed with grade 2- mild hepatomegaly, fatty infiltration of liver after I went through ultrasound scan. My liver functions test results are also attached herewith. I have high sgot and sgpt levels. Sgot is 83iu and sgpt is118iu. Is the condition reversible? What medication can I take? Please help me
