I have been noticing a slight pain in my lower abdomen. It increases sometimes. I have consulted a doctor and he says that it could be pancreatitis. What are the causes of acute pancreatitis?

It's been some days that I've been facing issues in giving out urine. It is very painful in the lower body. Is it some kidney problem? What are the causes of chronic kidney disease?
