Kidney Problems

She is having stomach ache, urine is yellowish........... Fever sometimes, chakkar bhi aarahe hai...

The past 2 years, I have struggled with frequent urination and the constant urge to pee, accompanied by occasional lower back pain (sometimes only on the left side) & abdominal pain. I go to walk in clinics or to see my GP and they've tested me for diabetes, UTIs & pregancy, which have always come back negative. There is never blood or bacteria in my urine to cause concern. I'm wondering what this could be? I am scared it's cancer as I seem to have many of the symptoms.

I have been diagnosed with prostatomegaly (5.2x5.2x4.6 cms, wt. 67 gms) with prevoid 395 ml and post void 61ml and large complex cyst (4.9x5.0 cms) in right kidney at lower pole with R.kidney size 8.5 x 3.9 cms and L.kidney size 9.1 x 4.9 cms. Is complex cyst cancerous and prostate beyond contain. What will be course of action for treatment. If beyond cure/treatment, health deterioration stages (conditions/time wise) and expected care n concern.
