Kidney Problems

Hi, I have always had no issues with sleeping. I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours, and don't need to wake up. For past few days, I am experiencing this strange pattern where every day, I have to wake up once or twice to urinate. And then I have trouble falling asleep again. This is disrupting my sleep, and I feel sleepy throughout the day. I tried reducing fluid intake in the evening, but that didn't help either. I have never had such a problem. I can even hold my urine if the situation demands. Help appreciated.

Will too mch consuming of alcohol cause urine infection and excessive urine flow..i used to drink a lot of beer daily and am suffering from heavy urine flow nowadays..

I have urinary infection from a week. It comes and goes. I have been taking Uriliser syrup for this. Now from the past 2 days I have lower backache. Is this because of the infection or this could indicate something else?
