Kidney Problems

I am having severe pain owing to the stone. Do we have an option of laser treatment to get rid of this. I have been having lots of water however the pain remains.

Can proteinuria in CKD Stage1 come and go ? Like for Some days urinalysis shows 18mg/dl proteinuria and after some days Urinalysis shows No proteinuria.. and again after some days it shows proteinuria ? With Creatnine 0.8. Is it possible? Evrytime protein amount is 18mg/dl. urine creatnine is 583mg and UPCR is 0.03. My BP is around 125/80 -140/85. And No diabetes. Is it really CKD? Plz help... thank you...

Lump between lower abdomen and genitals. Lump is painful when touched. This is observed from past 5 days.

Hello doctor...this is shreya mishra...i had urinary tract infection from one month i had take usg but report was normal only showing in report bowel loops.. And i had urine test there pus cells are 7-8 hpf and epithelial cells are 5-6hpf i m taking antibiotic tablet like cafex and taking some homeopathic medicine.. But suddenly i had kidney infection but my doctor is giving me cefex tablet only.. But I'm taking homeopathic Medicine too i feel vomiting all the day. I feel fatigue sometime and sometime feels very energetic... I have flank and ahooting pain both side of abdomen...and my pelvic also hurts... Having green urine only in morning...also itching on my kidney side... Is this the sign of kidney failure Or damage? Which type of checkup should I take? Do I need blood test..
