Kidney Problems

I had been suffering from frequent urination for last 3 to 4 years. I use to go washroom atleast 2 times an hour durind day time . At night i dont feel like urinating . There is no such pain or burning sensation while urinating . It is generally of no color as water .i got my urine tested 2 years back stating infection and for so i also got admitted but no improvemwnt shown since then i never been for check up again

I had bmg urethroplasty in 2015 after 1 year was okay but then suffering from frequently uti my creatinine level usually will be at 1 or 1.1 mglg/ dl but now it became 1.3mg/do I have only one kidney..can this creatinine level can be lowered

I really feel a lot of pain during urination. By seeing the symptoms I confirmed that it's a UTI. Can you suggest any antibiotics for UTI?

Can we take garlic as a remedy for UTI? If yes then how much amount should we take to completely cure a UTI?

Hello dr. I am suffering from urine blockage due to muscular obstruction. For this i have to apply pressure for urination. Sometime urine blocked but applying pressure for a while then urine passing start. One time dr. did the laser operation but it was not successful. After one year problem again started. I donot pass my urine fluently. Please dr. Help me.

Thorn like pain in the scrotum when some portion is touched. Also there is too much itching on the underside of the scrotum which was very difficult to stop scratching once it starts. Now because of the pain, especially when scratching underside and side, thorn like pain develops and hence cannot scratch.

My wife has recently got her CT scan done and on the paper it appears that she has tiny renal calculus with bulky cervix, no obvious lesion. She also has bilateral external Iliac. What does this all mean. Is it point of serious concern?
