Kidney Problems

My urine has been splitting for about one week but there’s no discharge or anything else

I have been suffering from UTI since jan2018. Even after multiple urine culture test , nothing comes up, however the pain and irritation are persistent. I am really not sure how to handle. Please suggest.

Ive had piles for three days now - I am a 20 year old girl who adventures and gets out quite alot so I am using my legs and bum quite a bit. I've been using sudocrem because that's all I have and can afford at the moment but need other remedies to ease the pain!

I am living with one kidney, how many liters of water I can drink per day... I am drinking 6 liters per day is it harm? I did hiv duo test after 106 days after my exposure and result was negative. Further need any test.
