From 5 day I feel pain in left side gladder n also urin not clear what happened with me I attached my sonography report plz rpl

Hi doctor , this is my cousins report . He is suffering from so much pain and im so concerned about him . We referred to so hospitals here but they not telling exactly what's going on . So please help us with this about what is happening to him . I have attached his scanning report him . Hoping you will kindly refer them for the exact situation . Doctor I am observing that whene'er I pass urine I notice it is in light green always. what might be the reason.any medications required?

Hi, My uric acid came high during my blood test. I also feel inflammation when I pass urine. I drink lot of water. Also urination is very frequent but when I go a little bit comes out with Jalan. My Billirubin & ALT ( SGPT) also came high. Could these things be connected?
